A Silent mutation is when a sequence of nucleotides is changed without the change in the amino acid created. In this case, we still got the same amino acid - arginine.
Nonsense mutation is when a sequence of nucleotides is changed to create a stop codon. While building proteins, a codon stop signals the end of the protein building process.
Missense mutation is when a change in the sequence of nucleotides results in a different amino acid. This substitution may produce a non-functional protein, or may have no effect.
